If you're looking for a simple and tasty gluten free banana bread recipe, then this is it! Best of all it is also egg, dairy and oil free, making it a healthy vegan alternative that tastes amazing. This is simple vegan baking at its best! This is a great way to use up ripe bananas and make a delicious dessert with just a few simple ingredients. Just stir, bake and eat :-) It doesn't get much easier than this. This makes one banana loaf and can be kept at room temperature in an air tight container for about a week. You could also slice it and freeze (just give it about an hour or so to defrost before serving). This recipe has no added oil and is a great Starch Solution recipe for anyone following a McDougall plant based diet.
