Mix: - 3 Very Ripe Mashed Bananas - 3/4 cup Maple Syrup - 1/2 cup Melted Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon Vanilla Blend: - 1 cup GF Flour - 1 cup GF Rolled Oats - 1 teaspoon Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon Salt Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients Grease pan with Coconut Oil or Vegan Butter Add Lots of Chocolate Chips ( I like dark choc.)
